PKN ORLEN agrees to disclose the contractual arrangements between National Property Fund of Czech Republic and PKN ORLEN
In order to support the full transparency of the privatization process of UNIPETROL, a.s. PKN ORLEN has send a consent to the full disclosure of the share purchase Agreement between National Property Fund of Czech Republic and PKN ORLEN dated 4th June 2004.
PKN ORLEN received on September 8th request from National Property Fund for the full disclosure of the Agreement to the general public by National Property Fund and/or the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic.
