Reg. Agrofert
PKN ORLEN at present has not received any statement of claim from Agrofert, regarding CZK 17.4 bln. As it has done on other occasions in the past, Agrofert is trying to anticipate the course of the legal process through the media.
PKN ORLEN at the moment is in arbitration with Agrofert, and both sides communicate with each other through their legal representatives. Agrofert is once more trying to push the limits of business' ethics. PKN ORLEN questions another unfounded claim from Agrofert, and expects an objective conclusion to the arbitration process.
