New Board Member at ORLEN Deutschland
Josef Busch will replace Krzysztof Zak as CEO of ORLEN Deutschland in mid-September. ORLEN Deutschland is PKN ORLEN’s 100 per cent owned retail arm in Germany. Krzysztof Zak has been offered a position with Mazeikiu Nafta, PKN ORLEN’s subsidiary in Lithuania.
Josef Busch (45) together with the two present Board Members: Oliver Michel (36) Head of Marketing, and Josef Noedworok (57), CFO, will continue to strengthen and develop the STAR brand across Germany. “This is a new challenge and, together with the entire staff and dealership, I am going to build the brand so that it becomes an attractive market alternative and a good offering for station owners and operators of smaller retail chains” – said Josef Busch at a meeting with employees.
