Announcement from PKN ORLEN’s Supervisory Board
Today, the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A. appointed the President, Vice-President and three Members of the Management Board of a new term of office.
The newly appointed Board will be headed by Dariusz Jacek Krawiec, elected in an open competition. The other persons to serve on the Board are Sławomir Jędrzejczyk, Vice-President of the Management Board, and Krystian Pater, Marek Serafin and Grażyna Piotrowska-Oliwa, Members of the Management Board. The newly appointed Board will commence work as of the beginning of the new term of office, that is after the date of the General Shareholders Meeting at which the 2010 financial statements are to be approved.
The Supervisory Board has resolved to continue the competition procedure to select the Management Board Member in charge of Upstream Operations, in consultation with the previously appointed HR advisor.
The Supervisory Board has also resolved to close the competition procedure for the position of the Management Board Member in charge of Value Chain Management, with no winner having been selected.
