ORLEN again among the world’s most ethical companies

For the third year running, PKN ORLEN has been awarded the prestigious title of The World’s Most Ethical Company by an international panel of experts at the US Ethisphere Institute.

The title has been awarded since 2006 by a group of international experts in business ethics and good commercial practices. In evaluating candidates, the experts consider such areas as corporate governance, social responsibility, building of human capital, efforts towards innovation. The title is awarded for one year, following which companies may undergo re-evaluation.

“PKN ORLEN considers ethics in business to be a fundamental priority. That is why we perceive the prestigious title of The World’s Most Ethical Company as a recognition of our consistent and innovative approach to CSR and corporate governance. ORLEN is on a path of constant development, and I am glad we are able to grow firmly anchored in our corporate values,” said Wojciech Jasiński, President of the Management Board of PKN ORLEN.

“Companies rely on Ethisphere to continually raise and measure the standards of corporate behaviour.
