Family-Friendly Employer programme

As a company implementing modern-day solutions aimed at keeping the balance between work and family life, ORLEN runs the Family-Friendly Employer programme, offering such benefits as additional two days off to care for a child under three years of age, two days off to care for a disabled child under 24 years of age, a nursery school for children of employees, one additional hour for breastfeeding, medical care during pregnancy, baby feeding rooms, gifts for newborn babies, and providing employees on parental/childcare leaves with up-to-date information on developments across the Group. Many of the components of this programme have also been implemented by other ORLEN Group companies as part of best practice sharing.
