ORLEN Unipetrol has been active in the plastic industry for over 40 years which promoted us to build up a strong basis in the field of additivation and stabilisation of plastics as well as in the troubleshooting services. The company has an accredited technical departments of chemical analysis and mechanical testing to providing customers with certificated and standard range measurements. In cooperation with artificial weathering laboratory, they form the basis of internal research and development. Therefore we are able to offer professional technical support, recommendation of appropriate additivation system and provide information necessary for the processing and service life of product. Our company offers a wide range of additives masterbatches and compaunds applicable to all areas of the plastics industry and complying with many international standards and legislation. Standard product range includes materials with reduced flammability, UV and thermo stabilizers, antistatic additives, lubricants, processing aids, color masterbatches, anti-fog additives, industrial extruder cleaners and many others for more sophisticated applications. Our masterbatches and compounds are supplied in granular/pellet no-dust form using standard PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PA, PC, SAN, PS, PBT or EVA carriers to ensure easy processing. Recommended dosage is dependent on customer's current requirement to reach the expected properties during the processing and final service life.
