Moody’s Investor Service assigned provisional rating to planned eurobond issuance

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN") informs that, on 25 May 2016 Moody’s Investor Service (“Moody’s”, “Agency”) assigned a provisional Baa3 rating to the eurobonds in connection with the planned issuance by ORLEN Capital AB (publ) that will be guaranteed by PKN ORLEN. The issuance is planned to be conducted by the end of the second quarter 2016. ​
