Deloitte Polska spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa appointed as a qualified auditor of PKN ORLEN and ORLEN Capital Group financial statements

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (“PKN ORLEN”, “Company”) announces that the PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board, in accordance with par. 8 item 11 point 5 of the Company’s Articles of Association, at the meeting held on 15 December 2016, has appointed „Deloitte Polska spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa”, headquartered in Warsaw, Jana Pawła 22 Street, 00-133 Warsaw, Poland, as a qualified auditor to:

 

  • audit unconsolidated PKN ORLEN financial statements and consolidated financial statements of ORLEN Capital Group for financial years 2017 and 2018;
  • review uconsolidated PKN ORLEN financial statements and consolidated financial statements of ORLEN Capital

 

Group for the first and third quarter and first half of 2017 and 2018 (with the possibility to extend the cooperation for further periods, subject to prior approval by PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board).
 
Deloitte Poland is entered under the number 73, onto the list of entities entitled to carry out the audit of financial statements, maintained by the National Council of Statutory Auditors.
