Mr Piotr Chełmiński will not stand for re-election for the PKN ORLEN S.A. Management Board Member for the next term of office

PKN ORLEN S.A. ("Company") announces that on 26 June 2017 Mr Piotr Chełmiński, Member of the PKN ORLEN S.A. Management Board, Business Development / Power and Heat Generation Officer submitted a statement that he will not stand for re-election for the position of the PKN ORLEN S.A. Management Board Member for the next, three-year term of office, starting from the day after the day of the PKN ORLEN S.A. Shareholders Meeting convened for 30 June 2017.

Mr Piotr Chełmiński was appointed as the Member of PKN ORLEN Management Board on 10 March 2012.​
