Fitch Ratings assigned provisional rating to planned bond issue programme
PKN ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN") informs that on 5 July 2017 Fitch Ratings (“Agency”) assigned an expected A(pol)(EXP) rating to the planned retail bond issue programme (“Programme”).
Currently PKN ORLEN is waiting for the approval of the prospectus relating to the Programme by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
