Mr Józef Węgrecki resigned from the position of PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board Member

PKN ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) announces that on 22 March 2018 Mr Józef Węgrecki submitted to the Company a statement of resignation from the position of PKN ORLEN S.A. Supervisory Board Member with the effect from 22 March 2018.

From 5 February 2018 Mr Józef Węgrecki was delegated by Supervisory Board for temporary acting as the Member of the PKN ORLEN S.A. Management Board, Investments and Procurement.
