Mr Andrzej Kapała has been appointed to the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A.

Mr Andrzej Kapała

He graduated from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości in Poznań, enterprise management – MBA and post-graduate studies on Wrocław Academy of Economics, HR management and finance management. For 10 years he was working in Fundacja Rozwoju Demokracji Lokalnej, being a branch director in Wrocław, where he was focused on advising local government units and municipality enterprises on strategy management. Over the next dozen years he was working for private and municipality enterprises in the field of investment and financing analysis as well as project management. He is an author of several dozen feasibility studies for infrastructural investments. For the last 6 years he has been working as Administration Office Director in PKO Bank Polski, managing around 300 real estates and banking investments in South-Western Poland.

Mr Andrzej Kapała submitted statement that upon taking up the position in the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A. he will not be involved in any activity competitive with PKN ORLEN S.A. and will not be partner of any competitive civil law partnership, partnership, capital company, will not be member of any board of a competitive capital company. He also stated that she is not on the list of insolvent debtors kept on record on the National Court Register Act.
