Disclosure of delayed inside information – commencement of works on increasing of the limit of debt due to bonds issuance

“PKN ORLEN informs that it commenced works on increasing the limit of PKN ORLEN debt due to bonds issuance, including updating of bond issue programme and preparing of issue of next series of bonds within the Agreement for a Bond Issue Programme, signed on 27 November 2006 (with subsequent annexes) by PKN ORLEN S.A. as the issuer and the consortium of banks.
