PKN ORLEN S.A. („Company”) informs that the Company, acting as legal successor of Grupa Lotos S.A., received a notification from Nationale Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny about decreasing of shareholding in Grupa Lotos S.A. below 5% of total voting rights at the General Meeting of Grupa Lotos S.A.
