The statement of claim for annulment of the resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting of Grupa LOTOS S.A. 

PKN ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN", “Company”) hereby informs that today it has received information from the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, that the Shareholders of the former Grupa LOTOS S.A. ("Grupa LOTOS") filed a claim for annulment of Resolution No. 3 adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Grupa LOTOS on July 20, 2022 on the merger of the Company with Grupa LOTOS, an increase in the share capital of PKN ORLEN and consent to the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association of PKN ORLEN, together with a claim for potential repealing this resolution.

In the Company’s Management Board opinion the statement of claim is groundless.
