The statement of claim for repealing the resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting of PGNiG

PKN ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN", “Company”) hereby informs that today the Company received information about next statement of claim for repealing of the resolution No. 3/2022 adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of PGNiG on October 10, 2022 on the merger of the Company with PGNiG and consent to the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association of PKN ORLEN.

In the Company’s opinion the statement of claim is groundless.
