Ms Janina Goss has been appointed to the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A.

PKN ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) announces that on 11 January 2023 the Minister of the State Assets, acting on behalf of the shareholder the State Treasury, according to § 8 item 2 point 1 of the Company’s Articles of Association appointed Ms Janina Goss to the PKN ORLEN S.A. Supervisory Board.

PKN ORLEN S.A. will publish in another regulatory announcement information about education, qualifications and professional experience of Ms Janina Goss as well as the other information required by the Minister of Finance's Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated March 29th 2018 (Dz.U. of 2018, item 757).
