Disclosure of delayed inside information regarding the update of the strategy of ORLEN Capital Group by 2030

PKN ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) discloses the following inside information, publication of which was delayed on 27 February 2023:

“PKN ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) informs that on 27 February 2023 the Company’s Management Board approved the ORLEN Capital Group Strategy by 2030 (“Strategy”). The Strategy requires an approval by the Company’s Supervisory Board, which the PKN ORLEN Management Board will immediately apply for.”
